The seasons are changing- which should not be a surprise because it is already, unbelievably so, April!

Where is this year going?

Since we are midway into fall, we only have a few more warm sunny days left. Which means they should be soaked up with showing as much skin as possible.

Whenever the sun decides to treat us with a lovely ray of warm cuddles, be sure to thank it by wearing a summer dress. Your body will thank you.

This lovely little treat is something I recently bought from a thrifty affair in Johannesburg. I went with a budget, but this number just begged me to buy it. But it is all good, two-minute noodles taste delicious in this summer treat :).

What I told myself as I convinced "me" that this is worth the splurge:

  1. I need more summer dresses and have been struggling all summer long to find one.
  2. It’s not something you see all-day-everyday.

And BOOM. I was sold and this dress, DEFINITELY, sold!

When you find something you’ve seen around but never in a store, you hold onto that beautiful piece of happiness and buy it no matter what you have to live on to afford it or which season it is.

Remember the earth still turns, winter will go and summer will soon return. So save yourself something for the future, and buy that summer dress in the fall.

This dress can be paired with sandals, cute pumps or even high heels, but I chose my platform Superga’s to give it that extra little somethin'-somethin'.

So cheers to the summer glow and have yourself some sundazin' in these last summer da(ze) with you summer dress.
